You can have 2 million sites per tenant. Up to 25 TB per site (note, this is a site limit, not a tenant limit). You can expand this limit, but there are some factors to consider (see below for details). Per tenant you get 1TB of storage plus 10GB per license.ġTB + (10GB x Number of Licenses) = Total SharePoint Online Storageįor example, if you have a Microsoft 365 tenant containing 100 users, each of whom have been allocated an Office 365 license, you will get a total of 2 TB of SharePoint Online storage for the tenant. In the past week, I've had questions from three unconnected customers about SharePoint storage quotas. It's funny how you can never hear about a topic for months on end, then suddenly you will have multiple customers asking you about the same thing in a short period of time.
